Ce qui va arriver
Nous planifions la mise à jour du système d'exploitation ainsi que la version du système de billetterie.
Pourquoi
Nous voulons que notre système soit à jour et pret pour le saut vers la prochaine version de debian qui sera publiée cet été.
Comment
L'opération commence par la mise à jour du système d'exploitation. Celle-ci prendra entre 30 et 45 minutes à préparer.
Lorsqu'elle sera terminée, le système devra être redémarré.
Finalement, comme le système de billetterie aura, durant la mise à jour, également subi une mise à jour mineure, il faudra s'assurer que toutes les fonctionnalités sont toujours bien en marche.

Who is affected
All people who are intending to reach Koumbit's support by email are affected. However, the service outage will not block any incoming email, and some might simply have a delay imposed before it reaches our system.
When this will happen
Tuesday may 4th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM EDT. The ticketing system could be unavailable for a period of 30mins during this time frame.
If the operation would come to last longer than expected, a new
announcement will be made at https://koumbitstatus.net. You can also
communicate with us in real time on IRC

write to us at if you think a problem remains
after the operation.
What will happen
We will be upgrading the operating system (OS) of the machine and also the ticketing system.
Why
We want this system to be up to date and ready for the debian release that is expected to come this summer.
How
The operation will start with the OS upgrade. This will take around 30 to 45 minutes to prepare.
Once this is done, the machine will need to be rebooted.
Finally, since the OS upgrade will have also brought a minor upgrade to the ticketing system, we will need to make sure that all functionality is still in working condition.
