Koumbit procèdera au redémarrage et à la mise à jour du système d'exploitation des serveurs qui hébergent votre machine virtuelle le jeudi 11 février 2021 entre 19:00 et 22:00 EST.

Ces redémarrages et la mise à jour ont pour objectif d'appliquer des correctifs de sécurité et exécuter une version plus récente du système d'exploitation. Nous prévoyons que votre machine virtuelle soit hors ligne pendant environ 60 minutes pendant le période de maintenance si tout se passe bien.

Tous les services d'hébergement des machines virtuelles subiront donc des coupures entre 19:00 et 22:00.

Si l'intervention devait dépasser les temps prévus, une annonce sera affichée sur https://koumbitstatus.net/ . Vous pouvez également communiquer avec nous en temps réel sur IRC via https://chat.koumbit.net/, ou encore nous écrire à support at koumbit.org.

Si cette intervention est trop problématique pour vous ou votre organisation, veuillez communiquer avec nous à dans les 24h pour tenter de trouver un terrain d'entente.

Hello,

Koumbit will be rebooting and upgrading the operating system of its servers hosting your virtual machine on Thursday, February 11th between 7pm and 10pm EST.

These reboots and upgrade of the operating system make it possible to apply a security patch and run a newer version of the operating system. We plan that your virtual machine will be offline about 60 minutes during the planned maintenance if everything goes well.

All virtual machines will therefore have some down-times between 7pm and 10pm.

If the intervention has exceeded the expected times, an announcement will be posted on https://koumbitstatus.net. You can also communicate with us in real-time on IRC via https://chat.koumbit.net, or by email at support at koumbit.org.

Les sites web Drupal hébergés dans notre service Aegir incluant les CiviCRMs. Lors de l'opération il y aura une coupure de 60 minutes estimé pendant lesquelles les sites seront hors-ligne.

Lundi le 08 février 2021 entre 19h00 et 21h00 UTC-4 (heure de Montréal).

Si l'intervention devait dépasser le temps alloué, une nouvelle annonce sera communiquée sur https://koumbitstatus.net. Vous pouvez également communiquer avec nous en temps réel sur IRC ou nous écrire à support at koumbit.org si vous pensez qu'un problème subsiste après l'opération.

Ce qui va arriver

Le système d'exploitation du serveur qui héberge le service Aegir sera mise à jour. De plus des redémarrages seront effectués pour utiliser la dernière version du noyau Linux.

Who is affected

Drupal web sites hosted in our Aegir service with CiviCRM installations will be affected. During the maintenance window there will be one estimated 60 minutes downtime where-in the sites will not be available.

When this will happen

Monday February 8th, 2021 between 19h00 and 21h00 UTC-4.

If the operation would come to last longer than expected, a new announcement will be made at https://koumbitstatus.net. You can also communicate with us in real time on IRC or write to us at support at koumbit.org if you think a problem remains after the operation.

What will happen

The operating system of the server on which the websites are hosted will be upgraded, in addition we'll also be performining security reboots.
