Tous les utilisateurs du service d'hébergement auto-géré seront affectés, autant les services de panneau de contrôle HAG (https://bureau.koumbit.net/), les courriels, les listes de discussions et les sites seront hors-service pendant la période de maintenance.

Ce qui va arriver
L'opération de maintenance est planifiée pour la majorité des serveurs du service d'hébergement. Entre autres des mises à jour de sécurité seront appliquées sur le noyau des systèmes d'exploitation, l'espace de stockage des fichiers sera augmenté et une rotation des serveurs de base de données aura lieu.
Pourquoi
Pour améliorer la sécurité, la performance et la stabilité du service d'hébergement.
Comment
Techniquement, nous allons mettre à jour des logiciels du noyau des systèmes d'exploitation, et procéder à des redémarrages des serveurs. De plus, nous allons opérer une rotation entre le serveur primaire et secondaire du service de base de données. Finalement, nous allons activer une nouvelle unité de stockage sur le serveur de fichier.

Who is affected
All useres of the shared hosting service (HAG) will be affected. The services of the shared hosting control panel (https://bureau.koumbit.net), emails, discussion lists, and websites will be out of service during the maintenance period.
When this will happen
The maintenance will take place this Wednesday, October 3rd 2018 between 8pm and 11pm EST.
If the operation ends up being longer than expected, a new announcement will be made here.

What will happen
The maintenance intervention is planned on the majority of servers of our shared hosting service. Among other things, security updates will be applied on the kernel of operating systems, the file storage space will be increased, and a rotation of database service will take place.
Why
To improve the security, performance and stability of the shared hosting service.
How
We are going to upgrade the kernel software of the operating systems, and proceed with reboots of the servers. We are also going to carry out a rotation of the primary and secondary database servers. Finally, we will activate a new storage unit on the file server.
