We are changing the physical machine's power cable to one that locks into place once installed.
This exact type of outage happened earlier today because the power cable became loose when working on adjacent machines. To prevent further unplanned disruptions we prefer causing a small but planned outage but ensure that the setup will not disconnect for no reason.
